The Letter that got him killed

Original report: Bolen Report
The following letter was directed at DHHS

Dear Ms. Fish:

I am a physician practicing in New York, a graduate of Brown, post-grad work at Columbia, medical school at Cornell, fellowship in cancer immunology under Robert A Good, MD, PhD, for years President of Sloan-Kettering and the “Father of Modern Immunology”.

I have reached the age of 67 years old, had only polio and tetanus vaccines as a child.  I follow good nutritional practices, am in superb health with no minor or major diseases past or present and no infections over the past 60 years except a rare cold.

I am very troubled that the DHHS is now trying to implement forced vaccination schedules not only on children, but on adults.  Most of these vaccinations as you must know have not been tested either for safety or efficacy.  The most recent flu vaccine as I have read and believe to be the case was tested for neither safety nor efficacy but got passed through the FDA, perhaps because of drug company lobbying.

I survived the usual childhood illnesses without a problem as did my many friends and schoolmates, and believe firmly as a trained immunologist that these mild infections helped my immune systems mature.  I think this obsession with avoiding the usual childhood illnesses unnecessary and perhaps counterproductive.  Even the dreaded polio, as it turns out through epidemiological investigations, was in most people a mild infection no more serious than a cold.  Studies from the late 1940s showed that in urban areas up to 95% of the populations were positive for polio antibodies, yet with no history of any significant infection and certainly no neurological disability.  Yet it’s estimated that up to 40 million Americans may now be infected with the SV40 cancer virus as a result of contaminated polio vaccines.  Was this risk worth the grand scheme to inoculate everyone for a disease than in most, despite government hysteria, was rarely a serious problem?

For most children as in my case and in the case of all my young friends at the time of my own infection, these childhood illnesses passed with no serious or lasting deficits.  However, the same can no longer be said about vaccinations and the damage they cause.  For example, if vaccinations are so safe, why has the government set up a “Vaccine Court” to pay out damage claims to victims of vaccination related disability, to this date amounting to billions.

There is no question autism rates are skyrocketing.  When I was in medical school in the 1980s it was such a rare condition my professors spent maybe 5 minutes on it, advising us we would most likely never see a case in our professional lifetime.  Now, it’s estimated that perhaps up to 1 in 50 male children may be afflicted.  Something is changing, and if it isn’t the explosion of vaccinations, perhaps you can come up with a better idea.  And this belief the only reason rates are higher is because now we are so smart we diagnose it better to today is nonsense;  autism, with its head banging and obsessive behavior patterns was as easy to diagnose 30 years ago as it is today.

Vaccines still contain aluminum and mercury, both neurotoxins, and no one has yet proven they are safe as adjuvants.  I’ve not found that controlled peer reviewed study.

The recent claims of fraud at the CDC over autism rates linked to vaccinations raise serious questions about the integrity of government scientists promoting vaccinations.

Vaccinations must remain optional, for the safety and health of our children.

Objective scientific studies on the safety and efficacy of vaccinations, not controlled by the manufacturers must be encouraged.

Wishful thinking on the part of vaccination proponents claiming safety and efficacy often with no data must be reported for what it is, non-science.

Adults and the parents of children must, in this country of all countries where individual liberty is so valued, be allowed to make their own intelligent choices about their bodies, and about vaccinations.

Benjamin Rush, MD, one of the leading Founding Fathers, a great physician in his day, warned that government involvement in health care decisions was a danger, to individual and societal health.  He helped design provisions, like the Fourth Amendment, to protect us from government intrusion in our bodies and our health decisions.  You should take this seriously.

American survived quite well without mandated vaccinations for children and adults, and we will survive better without such mandates.

The government knows these vaccinations carry serious and dangerous risks, or they never would have set up the Vaccine Court.  This isn’t that difficult a concept to understand. And if the government by inference acknowledges this as they do in the Vaccine Court, how can the same government then force us to be vaccinated putting our health and lives and the health and lives of our cherished children in danger?

There are already deaths being reported from Gardisil.  The heavy promotion of this vaccination in children for a problem, cervical cancer, that is relatively minor and easily treated, is unwarranted and may very well open up the door to greater danger than the problem being addressed.

Please stop the drive for mandates.  Though well intentioned such thinking is scientifically misguided, potentially dangerous, and potentially putting the health of millions at risk.  If people want to undertake the risk of vaccinations, the risk of contamination with things such as the SV40 virus, if they’re ok with the the intake of neurotoxic aluminum and mercury, then great, let them be vaccinated.  But please, for those of us like myself, a trained research scientist, who see no need to be “protected” but see reasonable danger in vaccinations, we must be allowed to avoid enforced intrusion into our lives, and our health.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Nicholas González MD

Physicians for Human Rights–Israel Publishes a First Experts Report on Operation Protective Edge

This evening sees the publication of “No Safe Place”, the first report on the events of Operation Protective Edge, written by eight renowned international medical experts. The report was written following a request by Physicians for Human Rights–Israel (PHR-IL) in order to determine the scope of destruction in body and spirit. It is the only report written by an independent international body granted a permit from Israeli authorities to enter the Gaza Strip during the war.

The report is based on 68 testimonies from people injured in the Gaza Strip (interviewed in Gaza and in hospitals in the West Bank, Israel, and Jordan), analysis of 370 photos of corpses, interviews with 9 Palestinian medical professionals, and review of dozens of medical files. The delegation members conducted three visits in the Gaza Strip: one in the course of the fighting and two after it had ceased. The work of the delegation was coordinated by three Palestinian human rights organizations from the Gaza Strip, whose staff accompanied the delegation during their visit. Delegation members also met with three Israeli doctors who participated in providing medical care to soldiers and residents of the South of Israel in the course of the fighting.

A delegation of international medical experts who visited the Gaza Strip during the operation finds:

The failure of the warning mechanisms, the absence of escape routes, the collapse of the mechanism for evacuating the wounded, and the strikes against rescue teams increased the number of civilian casualties

Failures and Lack of Consistency in the Warning of Citizens of Impending Strikes (Warning Mechanisms)

Absence of escape routes: The report concludes that warnings by the Israeli army, which included phone calls, flyers, or the “Knock on the Roof” procedure, were inefficient, and the early warning system was inconsistent. Out of 68 injured interviewees, only 7% (5) reported having received early warnings from the army, and two testimonies reported warnings not followed by any attacks. In cases in which witnesses testified that they had received a warning before an attack, no safety measures were provided to allow for their safe evacuation, such as evacuation routes and destinations protected from shelling.

Damage to residential buildings: According to additional testimonies, some of the people who fled their homes were later killed in the homes of relatives or inside UNRWA schools. 49% (33) of the injured interviewees were injured in or near their home, 14% (10) were injured in the home of a relative where they had sought refuge, 7% (5) were injured while evacuating their homes, and 3% (2) were injured inside UNRWA facilities.

Dining Services ‘Mistakenly’ Factored Politics into SodaStream Decision, Spokesperson Says | News | The Harvard Crimson

UPDATED: Dec. 18, 2014, at 11:28 p.m.

In the face of criticism over a spring decision to suspend purchases from an Israeli soda water company with a presence in the West Bank, a Harvard University Dining Services spokesperson wrote in a statement

Thursday that HUDS  “mistakenly factored political concerns” into the controversial decision.

“As the President and Provost have made clear, our procurement decisions should not be driven by community members’ views on matters of political controversy,” HUDS spokesperson Crista Martin wrote in an email.

Last spring, HUDS suspended its purchase of water machines from soda water company SodaStream, whose primary factory is currently located in the West Bank, following complaints raised by members of the Harvard College Palestine Solidarity Committee and the Harvard Islamic Society that the appliances could offend Palestinian students.

University President Drew G. Faust requested an investigation into the decision in response to learning of the decision to suspend purchases of the machines from The Crimson this week, and Provost Alan M. Garber ’76 wrote a statement reiterating the University’s stance against basing purchasing decisions on political considerations.

“Harvard University’s procurement decisions should not and will not be driven by individuals’ views of highly contested matters of political controversy,” Garber wrote Wednesday in an email. “If this policy is not currently known or understood in some parts of the University, that will be rectified now.”

In the past, Faust has argued against using Harvard’s endowment for political purposes in issues such as divesting from fossil fuel companies.

This is not the first time that HUDS has made purchasing decisions in response to political concerns. In 2013, the dining service stopped serving Barilla pasta after the company’s chairperson told an Italian radio station that the company would not feature gay families in its advertising.

Andrew W. Schutts ’16, a member of the Harvard College Palestine Solidarity Committee, expressed disappointment with HUDS’ statement Thursday, writing in an email that he was “devastated that HUDS has rejected the progress that was made last semester” on the SodaStream issue.

“A lot of people maybe think it’s just a soda machine, it’s not a huge deal, it shouldn’t be politicized, but for a lot of students at Harvard, this is a huge deal that’s significantly related to their experience at the University,” he added.

Still, earlier Thursday, students from several Jewish and pro-Israel organizations criticized HUDS’ original decision to suspend purchases from SodaStream, arguing that their groups had been left out of the decision-making process.

“Our main reaction was frustration, or I guess disappointment, over the fact that we were not included in the conversation that had happened, even though it is an issue that is close to our hearts,” said Samuel M. Fisher ’15, the outgoing president of Harvard Hillel.

Arendt: Born in conflict, Israel will degenerate into Sparta, and American Jews will need to back away – Mondoweiss

The inevitable is coming, The Zionists dreams to insert ‘Jews’ in Palestine, what they (Zionists) insist in calling homeland have failed. The Zionist Apartheid Entity could never achieve a status of a nation, the closest to a State was a military dictatorship ‘entity’.. They’ forged’ history to their convenience, and after all, all they got was a mimic of a nation. A nation infected with nationalism, and invented threats, abd fear into the sane soul of the Jew, now more than ever the Jew really fear a real threat to theur existence as an isolated group.

The global Jewish community have to thanks to the Anti-Defamation League for fueling a non-existent threat, now after years of fear mongering the threat have become real, but not because they are persecuted as the Zionists want them (Jewish people) go believe, but because now more than ever the same Jewish groups arounf the world have discovered the scheme, and they themselves are unmasking the Apartheid Zionist entity.
The Palestinian Jews have come to the conclusion that they always been in their homeland, that promise land that their holy books soeaks off it has always been their, the others the settlers, the new comers are impostors, thieves backed by militay enterprise called Israel.

Celebrities and Another Kind of Cultural Work

More #Celebrities4Pal openly endorsing their support for Palestine adding their voices to Cultural Boycott of Israel, Junot Duaz, MIT Educator and writer published the following statement :
” If there exists a moral arch to the universe then Palestine will eventually be free but that promised day will never arrive unless we, the justice-minded peoples of our world, fight to end the cruel blight of the Israeli occupation. Our political, religious and economic leaders have always been awesome at leading our world into conflict, only we the people alone with little else but our courage and our solidarities and our invincible hope can lead our world into peace.”
Every day we discover a new Celebrities4palestine showing either they disgust for Israel Apartheid policy of segregation or their open support for Palestine.
It is commendable to recognize their openess, knowing that they are risking their careers. In the US it is career suicide to support Palestibe, but when in comes to persons of integrity they can’t hide it, it is against their moral compass.

Another insult to justice was just published early morning today. International Court of Justice in the Hague prosecutor said, that even though there are basis to believe war crimes were committed in the Mavi Marmara in May 2010 wben Israel commands aboarded the Gaza boand flotilla and killed 8 Turkish national and one American, the evidence is not “terrible enought” to prosecute Israel, Bashouda said.
I’m terribly disappointed but not at all surprised!
We know that #IsraelWarCriminal committed war crimes and eventually will paid every affront to justice.
Keep the #boycott #BDSMovement will force Israel to its knees and eventually to oblivion, when it disappear from the face of the earth.
